How to use Digit.ink's "Print & Ship" service?

In the digital age, while online credentials offer convenience and accessibility, there's still a unique charm in holding a tangible certificate. Recognizing this, Digit.ink presents its "Print & Ship" feature, ensuring your recipients get the best of both worlds.


Let us take care of the hassle of preparing the spreadsheet and PDFs, creating a print order, picking up the prints, putting them in envelopes, handling postage, and mailing them all out.

Your recipients will enjoy full-color certificates on 80# or 100# cardstock, sent in a flat envelope through first-class mail.


How to Enable the Print & Ship Feature?

To activate this feature, all you need to do is send an email to contact@digit.ink. Once enabled, the credential issuing process remains largely unchanged, with one small addition.


How do I add postal addresses?

We offer two methods for this:


The Simple Way:


Navigate to the "Credentials" view in your Digit.ink dashboard.

Select the credentials you plan to print and ship, then click on "Print & Ship".

Here, you'll see fields to input addresses directly.






The Scalable Way:


Just add the postal address fields to your roster spreadsheet. Column names should match the fields in the "Print & Ship" dialog.
